ASDA and the National Council for Hypnotherapy are working together in partnership to help the nation to kick the smoking habit.
On national No Smoking Day (Wednesday) ASDA has invited hypnotherapists into its stores around the country to talk to staff and customers about how hypnotherapy can help them get rid of their smoking habits.
ASDA said that many smokers found that hypnotherapy could reduce or even remove the anxiety that smokers sometimes felt when they stopped, as well as helping them to control their weight.
Therapist Judy Richardson will be available to answer queries at Barrow ASDA on Wednesday and Kendal ASDA on Thursday.
