Over two million smokers are expected to stub out their final cigarette on 14 March, making it the biggest No Smoking Day in the campaign's 24 year history.
Millions more will take the opportunity to find out about the help available for when they are ready to stop smoking.
The theme for this year's campaign is Make a Fresh Start'. This will be a perfect opportunity to make your fresh start with millions of other smokers and choose a healthier lifestyle.
Volunteers from local stop smoking services, fire and rescue services, employers large and small and many others across the UK are gearing up to help anyone who is serious about quitting.
With the smokefree legislation coming into force on July 1 many smokers will use No Smoking Day as their opportunity to get a head start and stop smoking.
Seven out of ten smokers say they want to give up smoking; by using our world class stop smoking services to help, they are four times more likely to be successful in quitting.
