TRAIN services along the Lakes line between Oxenholme and Windermere resumed this morning (Wednesday).
Train services had been suspended northwards from Lancaster following Friday's train derailment at Grayrigg.
The TransPennine Express Services that run along the Lakes Line link Windermere to Manchester Airport.
The signalling equipment damaged in the derailment is still in the process of being repaired so until further notice the 1537 service from Windermere to Manchester Airport will be timed to run ten minutes earlier between Windermere and Preston, said the train company.
Passengers are still advised to check journey times by calling National Rail Enquiries on 08457-484950.
