The University of Cumbria is one of the mainstays in the redevelopment of Cumbria but I'm beginning to think it is yet another gravy-train for the participants.
It's difficult to think of any other organisations with more available meeting space than colleges but St. Martin's College, Cumbria Institute of the Arts and the University of Central Lancs had to meet at the Castle Green Hotel in Kendal.
I was delighted to read that a good time was had by all at the taxpayers' expense. Long may initiatives like this continue!
