A POPULAR BBC television programme is set to explore the links between an Ambleside museum and Beatrix Potter.
A television crew spent three hours filming at the Armitt Discovery Centre for Countryfile, a BBC television programme that explores the latest countryside and environmental news. The show is due to be broadcast nationwide at 11am on Sunday, February 18.
The programme will follow on from the release of the Miss Potter movie, which has proved to be hugely successful and has renewed interest in the children's author Beatrix Potter.
