A NEW Mazda model has joined PV Dobson's Motability scheme for 2007 giving the Levens-based dealership its largest ever selection of included vehicles.
The Mazda6 has joined the ranks of vehicles available through the national scheme that was set up by the Government in 1977 to provide cars and powered wheelchairs for disabled people.
The scheme allows those in receipt of the higher part of the Disability Living Allowance to purchase or hire a car at an affordable rate.
The Mazda6 joins the Japanese brand's city car, the Mazda2, in the scheme at PV Dobson - located off the A590, near Kendal.
"We take Motability very seriously," said Chris Hammond, dealer principal.
"We have a choice of engine sizes for the Mazda 2 in addition to an automatic or manual gearbox and we've now just added the Mazda6 TS to the Nil Advanced payment' list resulting in affordable motoring for Mazda Motability customers."
So far, the dealership offers a total of 54 different versions of Mazda cars on the scheme to give a wide choice to those who qualify.
Anyone who would like to find out more about the scheme from a trained member of staff should visit the Mazda showroom at PV Dobson or call 015395-52441.
