A MAN suffered serious injuries after apparently falling from a 15 metre limestone crag in Settle.
A passing runner found the injured 32-year-old below Castleberg Crag, which is used for sport climbing, at 6.20pm on Tuesday.
The Clapham-based Cave Rescue Organisation treated him for suspected spinal, chest and pelvic injuries.
They then stretchered him down to the waiting ambulance which transported him to hospital.
