A standout performance from this year’s MintFest came from The Knotted Project, who performed their piece ‘Footsteps’ on seven occasions over the weekend.
A combination of dance, mime and physical theatre told the tale of a young couple travelling the world and expressed the challenges and emotions they experienced during different stages of the journey.
The lively and entertaining piece captured the magic of adventure and discovery in eight minutes of physical theatre.
Performer Natalie Morrell said of the piece: "We wanted to give a sense of the joy and freedom experienced when leaving your everyday life in exchange for an adventure."
