The cast of a Lakes School production had a day to remember when they were invited backstage to meet their counterparts in the West End.
The youngsters, who are to stage a school production of Miss Saigon from November 11-15, travelled to London’s Prince Edward Theatre to see the version of the show and then toured backstage.
Head of music Adam Theobald said the stars answered questions, then took them on stage – a privilege never given to any other school or company.
