KENDAL Calling has announced that its third and final headliner is pop star and genuine show man Example who will see out the festival on Sunday night.
They have also confirmed that the third headliner on the Calling Out stage will be rock band Augustines.
Example will perform a set laden with hits such as ‘Changed The Way You Kissed Me’, ‘Kids Again’, ‘Kickstarts’, ‘Stay Awake’, ‘Won’t Go Quietly’, ‘Say Nothing’ and ‘All The Wrong Places’, the lead single from his new album ‘Live Life Living’ which will be released in June.
Augustines have just released their second, self titled album and with honest, passionate emotion dripping from every chord and lyric, this is a band who somehow sound massive and instantly accessibly whilst betraying no cynicism or pomposity.
The new acts announced will join headliners Suede and Frank Turner And The Sleeping Souls and other artsists including De La Soul, 2manydjs, Happy Mondays and Miles Kane.
The festival takes place from August 1-3 at Lowther Deer Park.
