OXBRIDGE is on the horizon for two Dallam School students.
Hannah Puetz left Dallam School last summer with 44 out of a potential maximum 45 points in her International Baccalaureate Diploma – putting her within the top one per cent in the world.
She has secured a place at Cambridge to study Psychology in September.
And year 13 pupil Jonathan Diederich has been offered a place to study physics at Christchurch College, Oxford.
He said: “Dallam certainly isn’t a school that would hold you back in any application, if anything, the international environment makes you more confident around others and staff are very supportive in the academic studies in IB.”
Richard Doyle, head of sixth form said: “Both students worked hard to realise their ambition to attend top universities.
“They are fantastic students and we wish them well for the future.”
