LOW Mill guesthouse, a converted 18th Century watermill on the River Bain near Hawes, has been named Bed and Breakfast of the Year in Yorkshire’s White Rose Awards.
Run by Londoners Jane and Neil McNair, the B&B was earlier this year named AA Guesthouse of the Year. The couple moved to the Dales after visiting for the first time three years ago.
The watermill, which had been converted into a house, had stood empty for four years.
