INGLETON was transformed into a ‘pantoland’ as fundraisers and traders joined forces in aid of the NSPCC.
Town shopkeepers and members of the local NSPCC committee ‘raided’” the costume department of the town’s pantomime to dress up as a variety of colourful characters.
There was a Santa’s Grotto, Mr Bubbles the entertainer, brass and salsa bands, pony rides, mulled wine, carol singers, a dancing display and a lantern-led procession.
This year’s pantomime production is Alice in Wonderland. On the night there were also performances from Settle Brass Band and the Salsa Band from Queen Elizabeth School, Kirkby Lonsdale.
