Chris passed away in August, aged 78, at her care home in Buckinghamshire. A local girl who attended Kendal School, she leaves her two sons, Mark and Drew, and her five grandchildren, Ellie, Freddie, Liv, Arty and Anna. Wife to the late John Hodgson, she also leaves her sister, Pam, and nephew, Andrew, as well as many friends from Windermere and Bowness.
A service will be held at St Martin's Church in Bowness on 8 November at 2pm, and refreshments afterwards at the Lamplighter in Windermere.
