WARD Ruth Evelyn Ruth formerly of Empson Road, Kendal finally passed into glory at Summerhill Care Home, aged 96. Beloved daughter of the late John and Florence and dearly loved sister of the late Leonard. A much loved auntie, great-auntie, great-great-auntie and wonderful friend to so many. A Celebration of her Life will be held at Parr Street Church, Kendal on Friday 23rd August at 12.00pm following a committal at Parkside Cemetery at 11.30am. Family flowers only, donations in Ruth's memory to Parr Street Church which will go to the work and ministry of the church. All enquiries and donations to Hayes & Parkinson Ltd. 01539 720105.
