BROOKS Daphne Daphne died peacefully on Friday 19th July at Summerhill Care Home age 91. A well-loved, kind, gentle lady she will be greatly missed by her many friends in Kendal and further afield. A big thank you to all her 'Angels' at Wainwright Court. The funeral service will take place at Beetham Hall Crematorium on Monday 12th August at 11.00am followed by a service of thanksgiving at Stricklandgate Methodist Church at 12.30pm. Black need not be worn. Donations if desired to Guide Dogs for the Blind Association. All enquiries and donations to Hayes and Parkinson Ltd.
