HANNAFORD Diana (nee Walker) Died peacefully at Parkland House Care Home, Exeter, on the 7th May, aged 85 years. Wife of the late Colin, much loved Mum of Richard and Clare, Mother-in-Law to Liz and Jack and Grandmother of Isobel and Megan. Diana spent many happy years in Arnside before moving away to be closer to family when her health declined. The funeral will be held at Exeter Crematorium on Tuesday 28th May at 11.30am. Donations if desired to Alzheimer's Research UK, c/o Le Roy Funerals, 10 Alphington Road, Exeter, EX2 8HH.

My grandparents, Sam and Ethel Ormerod were great friends of your grandparents, and my mother Margaret was very friendly with Anne. I have some photos of your mother's wedding and the framed photos below. Sadly, my mother died on 21 May 2024. She lived with me in Staveley, near Kendal for the last 4 years. Her last outing was to Arnside pier for an ice cream and to watch the boar rush in. I can send you the photos if you wish. Please accept my sincere condolences. Helen Livesey
