MILTON Colin Retired tailor, aged 92 years, formerly of Crooklands and for the last 10 years, Arnside. Colin died peacefully at Royal Lancaster Infirmary on 5th December after a short illness. Much loved husband of the late Margaret, father of Janet, Ian and Andrew, grandfather to Joe, Ewan, Ramsay, Findlay, Fraser and Rowen and great-grandfather to Ellie. Grateful thanks for the care and support provided by Colin's friends and neighbours at Ashleigh Court, Arnside; the Ash Trees Surgery team; the Community Health team and latterly the staff at Royal Lancaster Infirmary. All Colin's friends are invited to a memorial service at Beetham Hall, Beetham, LA7 7BQ on Monday 8th January at 12.30pm, following a private woodland burial, and from 13:15hrs at Ye Olde Fighting Cocks Hotel, Arnside to share memories and have some refreshments.
