FAZACKERLEY Sam Sam passed away peacefully at Silver Howe Care Centre on 22nd November aged 89 years. Dearly loved husband of Margaret, loving stepdad of Anne and Trevor and a much loved grandad and great-grandad. He will be sadly missed by us all. Funeral service to take place at Beetham Hall Crematorium on Thursday 7th December at 2.00pm. Donations in Sam's memory, if desired to Alzheimer's Society. So Sorry to learn of Sam's passing as many years ago Sam and I were hiking buddies in the Lakes plus we went on a couple of holiday's with him ,He was great to be with I know thorough a mutual friend he hadn't been well .and he was also Best Man at my wedding in 17973 in Kendal great friend and a very sad loss
