BILLINGTON Rhoda Phoebe Phoebe passed away peacefully on 23rd November, aged 91 years. Devoted wife to Frank, adored mum of Mark, much loved by Anne and all her extended family and friends. Funeral service to take place at Beetham Hall Crematorium on Friday 8th December at 11.00am.
