MARTINDALE Peter It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden but peaceful passing of Peter, aged 81 years, of Kendal, surrounded by his loving family. Devoted husband of Marilyn, loving father of Steve, father-in-law of Catherine, grandfather of Josh and his partner Charlotte. Funeral service will take place at Beetham Hall Crematorium on Monday 9th October at 2pm. As this is a celebration of Peter's life, the family would prefer that clothing is not all black, so feel free to wear a splash of colour. A special thanks go to the staff of Twilight Care and the Acute Stroke Unit at RLI for their great care and compassion.
