KEYES Janice Janice of Kendal Cumbria (formerly of Ballard, Tullamore County Offaly, Republic of Ireland) passed away peacefully at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary on Wednesday 9th August aged 56, in the company of her partner, sister and nephew after a sudden and very short period of illness. Janice, a Poet, Writer and Care Worker touched many hearts in her life and will be deeply missed by her loving partner Gerard O' Sullivan, sister Josephine, brothers Donie, Michael and Ossie and her many relatives and friends both here and in Ireland. A beautiful soul whose life ended too early. Requiem Mass to take place at Holy Trinity & St. George Catholic Church, New Road, Kendal on Wednesday 13th September at 1.00pm, followed by interment in Parkside Road Cemetery. Family Flowers only, donations if desired to Animal Rescue Cumbria. All enquiries and donations to Hayes and Parkinson Ltd.

Jan, (Pan) my sister and best friend, , and auntie to my son Mike, your were most kind hearted, loving, funny, worst navigation though , our hearts are broken, i will never forget you our childhood memories, laughter and happiness through to adulthood all we had to do is look at each other and we knew what each other were thinking (girl thing) constantly checking in each other to make sure all was ok, i promise we will look after Ger,

Such a beautiful soul! Janice, you've been such a blessing to many and you will be remembered. So glad I knew you... from late 1980s when we met working at Club la Costa and we realised we had a connection! Rest in peace, you beautiful person. ❤️ Love Brenda ❤️

I'm totally heartbroken & devastated to have lost my one & only true friend of 40 years.
Life will never be the same without to lift our spirits, make us all laugh & smile.
You will always be in my thoughts & I will treasure all the wonderful memories we made through our wonderful friendship.
My thoughts & prayers go out to Jan's partner Gerard, hope & pray that you find strength each day to deal with your loss.

my deepest condolences to Gerard and family. Janice was his world and I can only imagine what you are going through right now. It's such a shame COVID got their wedding cancelled, as we were all looking forward to it so much. Janice will be sorely missed, and the life and soul of our get-togethers. We think about you everyday. You had the ability to make anyone smile with just a look. the energy you filled a room with was infectious, and can never be replaced. We Love You Jan
