TAYLOR David Michael David sadly passed away 28th July 2023 at Blackpool Victoria Hospital aged 75. Much loved dad of Lisa and Paul, father-in-law to Ian and brother to Anita. Funeral Service to take place at Beetham Hall Crematorium on Wednesday 16th August at 3.30pm. No dress code please, family flowers only. Donations if desired to the Great North Air Ambulance. It was with great sadness that I read about the death of David in the Westmorland Gazette. David was a Trustee and Treasurer (2006 - 2014) of South Lakeland Hydrotherapy Trust supporting Sandgate Hydrotherapy Pool in Sandylands Road, Kendal. He worked tirelessly establishing a firm financial base for the Trust to ensure that the Hydrotherapy Pool remained vaiable and sustainable. There are many people in our local community who have benefitted from the use of the Pool and David will be missed but never forgotten for what he achieved with the Pool. The Picture showas David second from the left (next to Sue Andrews), the Chairman of the Trust at the time) at a reopening of the Pool in 2013.
