BLACK Marie (nee Santamera) Marie passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her adoring family on Thursday 3rd August 2023, aged 84 years. Beloved wife of the late Harry Black, loving mother to Heidi and Peter and a precious nan to Daniel, Talitha, Aidan, Hannah, Adam and Eloise. Funeral service will take place at St. Martin's Church, Bowness-on-Windermere on Tuesday 15th August at 2.00pm, followed by cremation at Beetham Hall Crematorium at 3.30pm. Donations if so desired to CancerCare. All enquiries to Hayes & Parkinson Ltd.

Sincere condolences to Heidi, Peter and all the family. I met Marie when we were both in hospital almost 20 years ago - she was in the bed next to me and cheered me up with her happy, bubbly, caring personality. Rest in peace with your Harry, Marie.
