HANCOCK Rev'd. Canon John Clayton Much loved husband to Margaret, and father, grandfather, and great-grandfather; former vicar of Coniston, Heversham, Milnthorpe, and Levens. Died peacefully on 25th May 2023. John's funeral will be held at St. Peter's Church, Heversham, at 3pm on 19th June 2023. Margaret, we were so sorry to hear the sad news about John.
The only consolation is that he is not suffering any more after his years of discomfort.
We thought his funeral service was a wonderful tribute to him , so uplifting.
