MITCHELL Margaret "Jean" Passed away peacefully at home in Crosthwaite on Sunday, 30th April, aged 79 years. Dear wife of the late Wilf and much loved mum of David. Sincere apologies, I have only just heard about Jean's passing this morning. Sincere condolences to family and friends. I worked with Jean at Westmorland General Hospital for many years and always found her to be compassionate and caring. Sadly Covid prevented me from seeing her recently but I'm still proud to call her my friend. She will be much missed. Aud
