CLARKSON Patricia Mary (Pat) Pat sadly passed away on 27th March at Gilling Reane Care Home aged 77. Much loved wife of Sam and precious mum to Jamie and the late Mark. A loving nanny, sister and aunty. Funeral service followed by interment to take place at Parkside Road Cemetery Chapel on Thursday 13th April at 11.00am Family flowers only, donations if desired to Dementia UK.
