ELLWOOD Derek Stanley 1926-2022 Formerly a resident of Shap, died peacefully December 4, aged 96, at the Laurels and Lime Care Home, Sheffield. The funeral took place in Sheffield on December 30. Derek, husband of the late Edna Steel, originally from Lowther, is survived by children David, Pauline and Susan and brother Keith. He is remembered also by Jo, wife of Peter, Derek and Edna's eldest child who passed away in 2021, and Gill, resident of Penrith and daughter of Derek's late brother, Alan.
