FRY Kathleen Kathie passed away peacefully in Heron Hill Care Home, Kendal, aged 86, on 12th December succumbing to three years of dementia. Greatly loved and adored wife of Charles Hilary, beloved mother of Karen, Alexander (Sandy), and Alistair (Ally), dear stepmother of Christopher (Kit) and Helen, proud grandma of Emma, Ben, Joanna, Josh, Katie, Lucy, Ella, Kirsty and Maia and 'grandma' to their partners and to great-grandchildren Johnathan, Chloe and Benjamyn. Loved also by friends and relatives in her natal Aberdeenshire, Edinburgh, Glasgow, England, Wales, France, Australia, and Arabia. A funeral service of celebration of Kathie's life and of remembrance will be held in St. Cuthbert's Church, Kentmere, on 12th January 2023 at 1pm, with refreshments afterwards. Family flowers only.
