HICKS (nee Collins) Carole Anne (Anne) November 16th, peacefully, at Wheatfields Hospice Leeds, of Morley & formerly of Kendall, aged 62 years. Dearly loved daughter of Peter & Jean, much loved sister of Jane and the late Neil also a very dear aunt. Funeral service will be held at Cottingley Hall Crematorium Leeds at 2.30 p.m. on Monday 19th December. No flowers please but donations in Anne's memory may be made to Sue Ryder or British Heart Foundation for which charities a collection box will be available at the service or visit www.jwbinks.co.uk/obituaries
