ALLEN Jacqueline (Farren) Roy and his family would like to offer their sincere thanks to everyone who generously sent cards, messages, kind gestures and flowers. We are totally overwhelmed following our sad loss. We are truly indebted to The Grange District Nursing Team, Macmillan Nurses and St Mary's Hospice for the guidance they gave us, so Jacqueline could remain at home and for the respect and kindness they always showed both to Jacqueline and ourselves. A warm thank you to all who attended Jacqueline's funeral, and for the generous donations you made. For those of you who travelled from afar, we are extremely touched and grateful. Sincere thanks to Duncan at Little & Caine for his empathy and understanding during such a difficult time, and our heartfelt thanks to Reverend Nick Devenish of Cartmel Priory for delivering a sensitive, joyful and personal service.
