NEIL SHAW The Family of the late Neil Shaw would like to thank Family and Friends for the lovely cards and flowers received in tribute to Neil, it was a great comfort, also everyone that attended the service at St. Martins, Neil would have been overwhelmed. Thanks to Dr Winter Barker and all the staff at St. Marys Surgery, Boots Pharmacy Team, District Nurses, and Margaret Holmes our palliative nurse, Chris & Christine Dobson, Ivan & Sara Dobson, Babara Bullock, David & Heather Bailey. Tony, Krystle, Jean and Linda, Neil's carers who treated him with respect and a smile, Dr Jen, doctors and nurses at St Marys Hospice for the love and devotion given to Neil over the last 2 years. Rev James Richards for the lovely Service, The Windermere Branch of the Royal British Legion, Tony at Edmondson Longmire for his kindness and support at this difficult time and lastly Heather and the team at the Belsfield Hotel.
