BLAKEMORE THOMAS MALCOLM (TOM). Ann and family would like to thank everybody for their kindness and support following Tom's passing. The cards, flowers and letters of condolence were a great comfort at such a sad time. We would particularly like to thank the hospice at home team for their loving care. Special thanks to the Right Reverend Nigel McCulloch for a very moving and uplifting service and to Lloyd Saunders for his caring and efficient funeral arrangements. We are grateful to all who made donations in Tom's memory.
