FISHWICK, TOM (George Wilson) Audrey and family would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind words, thoughts and donations at this sad time. Thanks to all at Ash Trees Surgery, especially the District Nurses for their unfailing attention to Tom, the Marie Curie nurses and the carers from Allied, who without them all, would not have allowed Tom to be at home with his family. Also, thank you to Michael Brabin for his beautiful and thoughtful service which reminded us all of who Tom was, and forever will be in our memories.
