MIDDLETON Anne and the family of the late George Middleton would like to sincerely thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness, love and support following the sad loss of George. Special thanks to Ambleside Health Centre, doctors, nurses and care workers who attended George in his illness. Thank you to Revd.L Hann and Revd.G Wrigley for conducting a most moving service. Thanks to all those who made donations to the British Diabetic Association and all the lovely floral tributes. Thanks to Edmondson Longmire Funeral Ser-vice for their dignified support.
