HASTON John & Family of the late Muriel Haston wish to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their sympathy, cards and kind messages of condolence and donations gratefully received to our chosen charities. Special thanks to Lunesdale Surgery, to Doctors and staff on Ward 36 RLI and Hillcroft, Carnforth for their kindness and care. Also thank you to the Revds. Canon David Peacock and Michael Hampson for their kind ministrations and to Robert & Kathryn of Cliff Small Funeral Service for their caring and efficient funeral arrangement.
