A TOP industry title has hailed a Kendal band one of the must see acts of the summer.
Music magazine NME list the Wild Beasts as one of ten bands tipped for the top in the latest issue.
The up-and-coming foursome, who grew up in the town together and formed while at Queen Katherine's School, recently relocated to Leeds to be closer to the gigging circuit.
Their second single, Through Dark Night, has just been released on Domino Records - the label responsible for putting the Arctic Monkeys in the spotlight.
