Book reviewers are needed for the Gazette website, www.thisisthelakedistrict.co.uk and Ottakars Kendal New Authors, New Reviewers project.
Ottakars will provide free copies of their latest new authors' works. Reviewers can register with the Gazette Web Editor for the title of their liking, read it, and write a review of it. Based on reviews, Ottakars will select and distribute these new works.
Selected reviews will be put on www.thisisthelakedistrict.co.uk and will appear with their name on it and be placed with the title in Ottakars.
"We still have some titles in our first group of books up for grabs," says Kate Whiteside, Web Editor. "Check on our web site in Leisure New Authors for list of the titles available. It's on a first come, first served basis."
The project will run several times throughout the year, with the next run expected in the autumn for the Christmas titles.
