The Best Western Castle Green Hotel in Kendal is set in 14
acres of natural gardens and woodlands yet is only 10 miles from the fantastic

known as ‘the Gateway to the Lakes’, is a vibrant market town and has a wide

around our Woodland Trail with fantastic views of Kendal and the surrounding
fells. For dinner we have two options in the two AA rosette restaurant or our
traditional Westmorland Pub, Alexanders, in the grounds. Locally sourced food
features heavily on our menus, so you can enjoy a true taste of Cumbria on your
visit.
