'Intelligent' traffic lights ease jams
INTELLIGENT traffic lights are easing congestion problems in Kendal, according to Cumbria County Council. The £15,000 lights installed at the junction of Milnthorpe Road and Romney Road earlier this month use sensors below the road surface to detect how
