A group of 16 Kendal Squash & Racket Ball Club members put down their rackets and picked up their bicycles to complete a gruelling bike ride.
The Way of the Roses, is a180-mile cycle ride from Morecambe to Bridlington via Settle and York over the Pennines which takes place over three days.
The group set off at the Kendal Squash club, adding an extra six miles to the route rather than the official start in Morecambe.
Staying in bunkhouses throughout and enduring a mix of warm but rainy weather over the weekend, all 16 completed the three 60-mile hilly days together.
This is the third year that the Kendal squash members have completed the Coast to Coast, with hopes to repeat the event across a different route in 2018.
