FIRE crews attended to a boat fire in the Lake District.
At 3.43pm yesterday (Saturday), three fire engines attended to an incident on Newby Bridge Road, Windermere.
The fire involved one speed boat.
Firefighters used one hose reel jet and one breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire.
Firefighters administered first aid to one casualty.
Crews from Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service were detained for one hour.
