A LORRY set on fire at the Burton-in-Kendal services on the M6.
According to a statement on the Cumbria Fire Service's website, firefighters were called at 2.32pm today to reports of a vehicle on fire on the service station's northbound slip road.
Two breathing apparatus' and two hose reel jets were used to deal with the fire.
According to police, a crane on the back of the lorry went up in flames.
The slip road was closed for a period of time and The Gazette is yet to receive confirmation that it is open again.
