FIREFIGHTERS fought flames after a lorry was alight on the M6.
Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service was called at 6.26pm yesterday (February 10) on the northbound carriageway between Junction 36 and 37.
A spokesperson said: "The cab of a heavy goods vehicle was heavily involved in fire and crews, two wearing breathing apparatus, used two hose reel jets to put the fire out."
